I really enjoyed doing the job. I liked that it was work from home .If I get a chance again, I want to work in Amazon again.I have been working for 4.5 years and never got a Pip Cap.

Dislikes

When I was terminated, my mistake was not pointed out to me, he said that it was my mistake; my manager also did not try to save my job, he himself used to take a lot of leaves in the last 6 months, whereas I never got CAP or PIP and was directly terminated. Whatever happened, I want to return as soon as possible, in March itself.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job.
