The company is really obsessed with the customers and that is at the center of everything they do. All the features, enhancements etc that the team wants to implement are well thought out and go through the rigorous process of been reviewed and critiqued by everyone in the team and the higher ups before it gets a green signal. Also,there's always something new to learn and be challenged. Besides the company has various departments and if you ever feel like moving to a different department or a completely different vertical it's easier to do so than the other companies that I have worked with in the past....Read More

Dislikes

It's sometimes way too professional and people straightway dive into conversations related to work, so it can be difficult at times especially if you are someone who likes to break the ice and understand/know the person you are working with. Also, the overall benefits aren't as good as the other Tier 1 companies.
