It was great , but there was no bloody security about it. Worst part is even those recieved extension who passed away lower in graduation. Just because I was sick ko extension was given . Even after submitting the medical certificate at the date . Very unfair

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Working at Amazon is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Whether it's a fresher or experienced individual, really doesn't matter. They give the equal opportunity for everyone to work, grow and prove that you are the best. They make sure everyone is doing ok, very supportive very helpful. No work life balance, they expect you to give your complete day and even weekends for office work. Lot of people in higher management without proper process knowledge who are screwing others just to remain in the process, take their promotion and move on to a different team because they already messed up their previous team just for their own personal benefits.
