I really enjoyed doing the job. I liked that it was work from home .If I get a chance again, I want to work in Amazon again.I have been working for 4.5 years and never got a Pip Cap.

When I was terminated, my mistake was not pointed out to me, he said that it was my mistake; my manager also did not try to save my job, he himself used to take a lot of leaves in the last 6 months, whereas I never got CAP or PIP and was directly terminated. Whatever happened, I want to return as soon as possible, in March itself.

The company is going downhill fast. Every single role is becoming contractual ever since that idiot Andy Jassy became the CEO. The management is making poor decision after the other. Job security is a joke and the salary is utter rubbish and garbage. The Interim managers and the tenured folks are tenured by name as they have zero idea regarding process knowledge. The work culture of this company is good. There are facilities for employees. Number of leaves provided are good in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Taking leaves totally depends on the process you work. My 13 leaves were lapsed as the manager didn't approve leaves citing shrinkage. But they will not hire to meet the resource requirement. There is immense work load in Amazon. They will make you worknfor 8hrs to be exact. Micromanagement is present everywhere.
