Work life balance, I strickly don't recomened working for US/Cannada marketplace since the shift timing will be 3 PM to 12 PM but you will never be able to finish your work without extending till 2 AM.

No learning. Management is not bothered of employee. If you raise your voice you get targeted by management. No appraisal though your ratings are good. Managers keep on experimenting new things which hamppers employees rating. 0 budget for process since covid.

The L5, L6 behaviour is worst. They target people unnecessarily. They don't train you properly. I was hired for some other role and I was given a different role.

Job security is Zero at Amazon. no matter How much labor you have put into your work they never give preference to the employee from the west Bengal region. I was the top performer at my team but they still kick us out.

Particular about AGI-DS department in Amazon is worst, there are no promotions, less hike percentage, full of risk and privacy restrictions. I suggest do not join this department. Try to get a job in another department in Amazon
