Management is also quiet lenient with timelines but is strict about data quality. Compensation for freshers is quiet low. Also, growth in the initial phases is pretty much stagnant. Since your growth depends on how much improvements you have done in daily processes or how many bottlenecks you have solved, after a while it gets quiet saturated, as there is a limit to issues you can solve, which might affect your growth rate, which is really unfortunate. Also, there is no way to question/challenge your appraisal, as it is pre-decided before it is conveyed to you.
