Amazon is just the good start for any fresher as it offers the best flexible environment which any newcomer would aspire for. Their pay, compensation, insurance,food card benefits are unparalleled and the work atmosphere with one's peers and Managers too is congenial. The work life balance and commutation facilities deserve special mention, I would say.

Dislikes
Career growth especially for Language experts and Associates is very limited due to its vast size and employee volume. Given a span of 2 3 years one would find themselves operating within the same monotonous limits from where they started.

Amazon used to be a good company before 2021. Now the company culture is no more employee friendly. Now Amazon is full of toxic program/Marketing Managers who have no technical knowledge but exploit technical people. There is no good thing left in amazon except for timing flexibility.

I had 4 managers; all supportive, no micro management and all of them were so supportive that they recognise your personal life problems if affecting your work. Workplace is awesome, all the facilities provided are also great. Weekly connects were fun, not just the work life we had fun sessions too
