Well, it is good experience working with Amazon.in as HR Compliance Office, got to learn many things about complaince..

Well, almost 80 to 85% employees are on third party payroll with only one year of contact also growth is slow..

Work Details

Well, I am looking after the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session, which we conduct with all the employees at all the delivery stations we have in West zone (40+ Delivery station including Gujrat Rajesthan and Maharashtra), to understand the issues on DS.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
