Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

I really enjoyed doing the job. I liked that it was work from home .If I get a chance again, I want to work in Amazon again.I have been working for 4.5 years and never got a Pip Cap.

Dislikes

When I was terminated, my mistake was not pointed out to me, he said that it was my mistake; my manager also did not try to save my job, he himself used to take a lot of leaves in the last 6 months, whereas I never got CAP or PIP and was directly terminated. Whatever happened, I want to return as soon as possible, in March itself.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Worst winter, rainy, or summer session issues; management does not care, only focusing on package clearing by the date.

Salaries are not good. They are 10.5k per month. Not increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month. If targets are not met, the company will deduct 10 rupees per package. The company owner runs over 20 branches, but management refuses to increase salaries, focusing only on expansion. Toxic Management Culture, Amazon has a very good culture before 2020 but don't know where they got this type of culture from. It's really hard to survive if you're from the south side.
