The promotions are biased and not best Some of the hiring managers have no knowledge whom to take to that position and some are biased. First they already fixed the candidates informally and conduct interviews formally. They don't hire the best. *Most of the project managers have no process knowledge and they make SOP changes, which seems silly. *Recognition based on visibility, not based on candidate expertise *All promotions need LPs(Leadership Principles) interviews and those all LP questions are imaginable, not real. *The criteria of IJPs are very high, no matter the candidate has actual eligibility. Companies policies are good, they give their employees freedom and flexibility in working shifts. Leave policies are very good.
Management take advantages of their position. They purposely put pressure to work more than what company asks from the employee and also they misuse some company policies to put pressure of PIP on the employees and ask them to resign.
