Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.

I dislike the work culture and job security is 0% they can kick you out any time . Amazon’s way of kicking or lay off is. PIP that is performance improvement plan .They keep employees on PIP and set goals which are impossible to achieve. Finally Amazon will terminate . It was my mistake that I joined Amazon
