I have joined Amazon 18 December 2023 I have my 100 percent with full dedication but the management terminate me inappropriately I am handicap person and have a family to take care of but the work culture and management is very poor

The culture is getting toxic with people prioritising certain communities and people from certain state are in dominant positions. People don't value the hardwork and just give importance to those who are close to managers.

Work life balance, I strickly don't recomened working for US/Cannada marketplace since the shift timing will be 3 PM to 12 PM but you will never be able to finish your work without extending till 2 AM.

No learning. Management is not bothered of employee. If you raise your voice you get targeted by management. No appraisal though your ratings are good. Managers keep on experimenting new things which hamppers employees rating. 0 budget for process since covid.

Worst winter, rainy, or summer session issues; management does not care, only focusing on package clearing by the date.

Salaries are not good. They are 10.5k per month. Not increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month. The work culture of this company is good. There are facilities for employees. Number of leaves provided are good in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Taking leaves totally depends on the process you work. My 13 leaves were lapsed as the manager didn't approve leaves citing shrinkage. But they will not hire to meet the resource requirement. There is immense work load in Amazon. They will make you worknfor 8hrs to be exact. Micromanagement is present everywhere.
