I hate Everything about Amazon supply chain. Program Managers and L7 misbehave. Don't join teams with managers Divya Kapoor, Samaddar Indranil and Aseem Khosla. They all take grudge on employees. Favouritism and groupism is their forte. If you have no choice then join but take IJP in 6 months.

Salaries are not good. They are 10.5k per month. Not increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month. If targets are not met, the company will deduct 10 rupees per package. The company owner runs over 20 branches, but management refuses to increase salaries, focusing only on expansion. The work culture of this company is good. There are facilities for employees. Number of leaves provided are good in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Taking leaves totally depends on the process you work. My 13 leaves were lapsed as the manager didn't approve leaves citing shrinkage. But they will not hire to meet the resource requirement. There is immense work load in Amazon. They will make you worknfor 8hrs to be exact. Micromanagement is present everywhere.
