Immense work stress. Its a 24/7 work culture. In the name of ownership, every one goes through different level of stress on daily basis. Have witnessed multiple peers undergoing cardiac arrest and spondylosis issues at a young age. On top of this layoff took a deep cut as it looked like a prank and within hours losing access.

I really enjoyed doing the job. I liked that it was work from home .If I get a chance again, I want to work in Amazon again.I have been working for 4.5 years and never got a Pip Cap.

When I was terminated, my mistake was not pointed out to me, he said that it was my mistake; my manager also did not try to save my job, he himself used to take a lot of leaves in the last 6 months, whereas I never got CAP or PIP and was directly terminated. Whatever happened, I want to return as soon as possible, in March itself.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Salaries are not good. They are 10.5k per month. Not increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month.
