I really enjoyed doing the job. I liked that it was work from home .If I get a chance again, I want to work in Amazon again.I have been working for 4.5 years and never got a Pip Cap.

Dislikes

When I was terminated, my mistake was not pointed out to me, he said that it was my mistake; my manager also did not try to save my job, he himself used to take a lot of leaves in the last 6 months, whereas I never got CAP or PIP and was directly terminated. Whatever happened, I want to return as soon as possible, in March itself.

work-life balance is amazing at Amazon and they pay on time. There is no office politices.

Dislikes

Job security is Zero at Amazon. no matter How much labor you have put into your work they never give preference to the employee from the west Bengal region. I was the top performer at my team but they still kick us out.

Amazon work life balance policy and work culture are the best one.

Never get into Hr and customer support domains, I have seen people are still at L2 level even after 5+ tenured. Only tech and AWS support domains are best with salaries. Promotions are based on JDIs for most of the departments. Extremely Low compensation.

You will get to learn a lot new things that will surely help you in boosting your career in the future. Biggest benefit is Work Life Balance, no one will ask you for your leaves. You are a free bird. Also if you are at senior or leadership position, you will get many benefits and great perks

Dislikes

At certain level/field you will get the bare minimum salary and less perks, promotion chances are also too less or it will take much longer than expected time.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Worst winter, rainy, or summer session issues; management does not care, only focusing on package clearing by the date.

Salaries are not good. They are 10.5k per month. Not increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month.
