The salary is provided on time, and there are opportunities to access courses for learning new skills. However, we often don't have time to dedicate to learning during shift hours, as this role requires us to be in front of the laptop for the entire shift.

The management is very toxic, and the leadership is performing poorly in managing metrics, making employees work like robots. The main goal of this ML Data Associate role is to teach machines how to perform annotations, which should be done by humans. However, while humans naturally make mistakes, the company expects employees to work with 100% accuracy under very tough metrics, making the job extremely stressful. I like Nothing about amazon supply chain

I hate Everything about Amazon supply chain. Program Managers and L7 misbehave. Don't join teams with managers Divya Kapoor, Samaddar Indranil and Aseem Khosla. They all take grudge on employees. Favouritism and groupism is their forte. If you have no choice then join but take IJP in 6 months.

Companies policies are good, they give their employees freedom and flexibility in working shifts. Leave policies are very good.

Dislikes

Management take advantages of their position. They purposely put pressure to work more than what company asks from the employee and also they misuse some company policies to put pressure of PIP on the employees and ask them to resign. It is totally depends on what kind of senior management you have, unfortunately I have the worst.

No work life balance, they expect you to give your complete day and even weekends for office work. Lot of people in higher management without proper process knowledge who are screwing others just to remain in the process, take their promotion and move on to a different team because they already messed up their previous team just for their own personal benefits.
