Amazon's Alexa Data Service offers lot of benefits to the employees and luckily I'm one of them. You are gonna get lumpsum relocation benefit in your first month's salary. Monthly food voucher, yearly bonus, if you are not willing to take office vehicle you are going to get monthly vehicle allowance. To talk about work culture, it'sreally Awesome, targets will be there they don't put pressure on employees. Managers are really good and friendly, once or thrice a week you will have managers meeting to discuss about your problems, they can do anything to help the employees. Such a employee friendly company. Good work-life balance and if you are a hard worker you will be given perks. Please think twice before resigning....Read More

The only thing which I don't like is for the average employees the growth is less and skill development is quite low. I feel higher management should look after this so that each and every employee can grow.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
