The pay is great. The products are very interesting.

Focus is too much on writing great documentation rather than creating great products. There are so many cooks in the kitchen trying get their priorities advanced so they can stand out (and avoid getting put on focus or pivot plans) that cooperation between groups is poor. Attrition is absolutely terrible. I've never seen so much churn- I don't have an official count, but it seemed like 40% of the workers left in just one year. Some of them left to other teams, but the effect is the same- domain knowledge is hard to keep. Too many meetings. First you need to write the doc, then you need to meet, then you might have to rewrite the doc, and have yet another meeting.
