Work pressure & no support from top management.. no fix working hrs need to work 15 to 16 hrs per day with no weekly offs

Dislikes

Even a single error is not acceptable.. associate tend to make human error, amazon ask to put associate on PIP and fire them out.. on top of this amazon expect monthly J-Sat & M-Sat to be met month on month if failed you are fired

Nothing!!! They treat employees as trash and acclaim themselves to be world's most employee centric organization which is a big lie. No standard format for IJP no job security and no hike after few years. It was definitely a wrong choice hope others don't do it
