Getting a job in amazon makes your life much happier and better. Cuz the work will be very interesting and your training, trainers will be amazing, they teach u everything at ease. Also amazon provides u many allowances and great policies.

Very supportive leaders I must say, Hence it was my contract I couldn't continued with such great company, I will always look forward to work with Amazon again as my carrier, I was feeling so secure with my job with Amazon. My life right now is stable because of my love, Amazon. We were paid more than what shall be paid during this Pandemic situation. I feel lucky to start my career here.

Dislikes

The culture and working environment is good. Later the policies have changed and now I don't feel like "it's still day 1 at Amazon". The new rules are a bit suffocating for me. It's always customer obsessed company, but not employee obsessed. I don't blame the organization, it's because of few associates and few from leadership team. I've been stuck at a level for 2.8 years.

I enjoyed my work at the beginning, but it's not reliable for long terms. I suggest this job for housewives and part time job searchers. But if you're good at core subjects,please stay away from this as you can neither feel like leaving, nor earn too much
