Salary :- Senior employees work from 10 years with some pay... Now fresher's also same Salary diffence between only 2-3 thousands.... Except all ok if this change all employees are brand amasiders

The CTC doesn't mean you'll get the money in hand, it have all the retention bonus and different components included, that you'll get the next year pro rated basis. The in hand salary is very less.

If you salary is 6 lakhs you will get 35k take home.Inappropriate deductions like super annuation fund 28percent(employee contribution 14 percent and employer contribution 14 percent from your salary).Besides that there is worst culture.No proper training programs.
