The management Assessment of hardworking people is not appreciable. There is no proper system for the support of hardworking people. Some people do not give proper feedback to management.

Staff behaviour with each other is quite good. Firstly talk about policy, if it is possible to get work for free then go for it. There is no job security. If we talk about work culture, there is no work culture, you have to do overtime without pay. No salary increment. Management is very cheap. If you work hard then you have to workhard and if you don't want to work hard, you just have to make excuses and keep your boss happy. No salary increment. No payment for overtime. No job security. If you work hard, you are a fool, and if you are good at butter your boss don't need to work much.

I work smartly and hardly too. There is no meanings of how good you are at your work. But only i was unable to overtime without pay i got fired.
