I have been working with Altos for more than 8 years. I see an excellent growth opportunityies of Employee and periodically promotions are happening through IJP process. Work Culture - Increase Team engagement with Employee recognition and creating positve workplace culture. The work environment is very supportive. Management is really very good and Employee evaluation at senior level is so precisely. Working for more than five years in this organization and Altos is a stable workplace to be in. I have learned new skill sets. I learned visual transcription and also became a qualified rater with ample support from the organization by means of study material and mentoring. We are also given platforms to develop our soft skills. We have timely payment of salary and other financial benefits like incentives and leave encashment . The best thing I like about Altos is that it pays your efforts and dedication to your work. Job security and salary+incentives are my other likes. In addition to incentives, Altos has policy for Super-Incentive for people who are willing to go that extra mile. Altos also offers subsidized meal plans for its all employees. The work environment is serious, but relaxed enough to make work seem like fun. Altos offers Group Insurance, ESI, and PF services to its employees. During COVID when other companies are firing employees in the name of cost cutting, Altos came up with various policies on urgent basis to make sure to support its employees. Altos provided complete Computer systems to its employees so that they can work from home during the pandemic. Employees who were facing power outages were provided with UPS. Now, that's what I would say job security is! Altos also came forward and offered financial help to the employees suffering from COVID and is now promoting vaccination by providing additional incentive. In management, there is Jassi Sir, General Manager, who is extremely supportive and cooperative to every employee. I have seen MTs approach him with concerns, which he resolves rather than directing them here and there. We have Gizela as our Director in US with whom we have interaction on a daily basis. She is an angel and a thorough professional. I have learnt so much from her that I can't say enough thank you. I have been with Altos since 2004 and I have seen employees grow with the company depending on their own efforts. I see a few negative reviews on the site, but I can assure you that if you are willing to work hard, Altos will value you more than you know. For the negative reviewers, I wonder which company doesn't like hard workers? With incentives and Super-Incentives in addition to salary, I am not sure why some people would complain, unless they are willing to work hard enough. I like this company. This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Great support during this covid situation.

Dislikes

Compensation is bit low and growth rate is slow. They don't sponsor any interpersonal skill development courses or any leadership courses.
