Worst ever company to work with. The MD doesn’t understand how to speak to a female employee, and just disrespects a female and comes over her in a heated argument. I refused to serve the notice period, prioritising my self respect and the company owns me 1.62 LPA which is part of my fixed salary and the additional expenses I did for the company.
