The company is completely changed now.no hikes ,no bonuses .from the last three years company only gave 4% hike and they are expecting everything.shame on you guys.you are just wasting time of your employees. Toxic work culture, egoistic and rude managers, too much micromanagement. Technical guys aren't given much importance here. Managers lack etiquettes how to behave professionally. Also no technical growth here, every 6 month they reorganize the management. People with zero technical knowledge, zero IT knowledge, zero management skills are sitting at top position.
