The company is completely changed now.no hikes ,no bonuses .from the last three years company only gave 4% hike and they are expecting everything.shame on you guys.you are just wasting time of your employees. This company doesn't have any money left.even managment is not sure what is the next step.

Toxic work culture, egoistic and rude managers, too much micromanagement. Technical guys aren't given much importance here. Managers lack etiquettes how to behave professionally. Also no technical growth here, every 6 month they reorganize the management. People with zero technical knowledge, zero IT knowledge, zero management skills are sitting at top position.

Worst part is about appraisal and promotion. Management would take new candidate with a tremendous hike but will not give you what you deserve even though you got higher remark in PRMR. They will not try to retain also.
