It was a nice experience to work with al shaya. I was working in P.F.Changs restaurant as a waiter and trainer post. The environment in that work place was too amezing. Every 2 monts there is a training for employees like food hygiene, sanitation,personal development etc. It was flexible contract. Every 2 years company going to renew employees contract. If you are good in food knowledge, every three monts there is a exam for pramotion. Once you pass you become a waiter to trainer and after 2 years there is exam for mangers post. Salery was good and tip as well . Every waiter need to submit 1.5%on his gross sale to the back of the house. Every three months there is quarter bonus n every year there is annual bonus you can get once you complete daily target. Working environment was good all staffs are fully trained,they always ready to help each other to create a better world. 8 hours daily duity withe one weekly off and public holiday aa well....Read More

Then I asked in HR to give me Visa for Supervisor directly they tell me know, in this time because of Corona they tell me to stay at home, when Icame back on duty they asked for sick leave paper, but company tell me to stay at hone so from where I can give sick leave paper.
