I don't really like anything but to forcefully include a point, fooding arrangement can be counted as a plus point. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available for all employees.

Dislikes

Company doesn't really value its employees and most of the time the way of doing things change suddenly resulting in doing all the completed work all over all in a different way from before.
