The school and the management are very helpful in all ways and understanding too. The working environment is also good. There are teachers from different cultural backgrounds yet we are growing together as a family.

Dislikes

The career growth is slow and very less benefits are given. The work pressure is a bit high as we have 6 classes a day and 4 classes at a stretch. There is no proper functioning of the management as well as they lack to give proper direction.

Work Details

I love working at Alphonsa School, Kalamjote. The faculties and the management are good. The only thing that bothers me is we get very less benefits and compensation.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
