Being a insurance company it asks employees to pay for the insurance of the parents and has 5k restrictions on the room rent which is too less for the current situation. Employee Insurance policy needs revision.

They treat employee like shit . They manipulate higher management. If we someone complaint to HR about manager they put them in PIP and make sure they put papers without offer letter.

Everything, HRs are trying to save their jobs as boot lickers, one HR accused his/ her boss and took the next promotion. Technical people are not valued, legacy processes and insecure leadership and people. People congratulate each other if they survive the day...AVOID AVOID STAY AWAY !!
