This organisation is very good to do job.you can learn many things like- Excel knowledge, Communication development, personality development, and salary increase also.

Sometimes work pressure was very high and there is no week off of any holiday.

Only positive about the company is the opportunity to learn , but that also comes at the cost of your life becoming miserable . There is no work-life balance , they hire very less resource and expect you to do more . No quality TL, The quality analyst has to prepare all the quality TL deliverables and also give his own KRA. Dont expect to leave office in the stipulated 9 or 10 hrs there will always be more work to do. Management is terible. They don't even give sick leave .
