Growth is definitely not there in this company. They will offer less salary and will demand more work. People do not value your contribution or sincerety towards work. They will try to pull you down. Shift timings will get extended on daily basis. Work pressure is high. No one appreciate you for your work. No activities or celebration of festivals will be there. It is a great company, environment is also good. Company offers good salary package. But there is no time to learn new things. There is no bad politics in this company.

Dislikes

There is no e enough time to learn new things. The work pressure is very high.

Work Details

Audit sales calls and make approve/rework/reject and listen agents call and give feedback of sales or non sales call , take sessions and give product knowledge to new agents OJT batches, groom there product knowledge. Make report and have to submit.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
