At my work place I like the saport and advice they give me.

I will dislike about my work is that there is only we have to do work and work no fun session no any activity. After the working shift we have to stay in office for session and feedback .and there is no fixed week offs some time Sunday offs some time Monday that's why i didn't plan anything

I reached office at 10 am. The first round started by 11.30. it was a group discussion and I, then essay writing, then hr round and then grammer test, then one on one with 2 people who asked many questions. They asked may stupid questions. I got selected for 4 rounds and rejected me at the last round. They waste my full day. But really I tried my best. Worst experience ever. There is no facility for employees like, no canteen, no bag locker, no facility for mobile locker, IJP is just for showing off but employees can't get promotion here. Experience is ok but not good

The Managers don't know to maintain floor decorum and keeps on shouting on the floor. These people promote the torturing the associates, even tough you are unwell they ask you to report to office, if you take your part of leaves every month that is crime and warning letter will b e issued against you if they hate you they target you like anything and for the mistake that is not yours you will be held responsible and they are good at manipulating and make you feel bad even you give better performance than others even you give better, even you give best, no appriciation only depriciation, i worked from 5 years even after giving top even after giving them new ideas these people are blood suckers just dont join...Read More

I worked only two days at Allsec. Within two days, I came across terrible experiences with the manager and colleagues. All have attitude issues. Proper knowledge transfer wasn't given. All employees are working in a lethargic manner. My manager, Sasikumar, talks unethically to female employees. I felt some words were unwelcome. I made a complaint with HR when I said I wanted to resign. The HR head said that she would take the necessary actions, but after two weeks, my team members provided a false statement that I resigned because I got a job at another company. After a month of writing this review, I still haven't gotten any offers from companies. I would suggest that you look for another better company than this one....Read More
