Too much politics. Senior never help junior. Office environment is very bad . You think you sit in big boss set . Daily some body fight with other colleges. No office environment. Making false commitment . At the time of recruitment hr said some how field work but it's totally field work job . And hr said incentive comes after 6 months but after few months they said incentive comes after 1 year. Totally making fool employees. Good for Political career. Worst organisation if you really want to work and grow in life. They will overcommit in the interview and not even deliver a fraction of it. Policies can change every hour. Management in Delhi is so free, they will constantly monitor you on CCTV (with mic) and you might even get a call if you seen talking too long even to a client. No peace of mind.
