No good points to mention.

Dislikes

Good for Political career. Worst organisation if you really want to work and grow in life. They will overcommit in the interview and not even deliver a fraction of it. Policies can change every hour. Management in Delhi is so free, they will constantly monitor you on CCTV (with mic) and you might even get a call if you seen talking too long even to a client. No peace of mind. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
