Joined allen in Jan 2016, as they were paid well earlier but after 2 years there is no appraisal and appreciation, nothing to learn, no work life balance (anyone call you at midnight even weekends ,as there is no weekend, 24x7 working, worst-ever office politics) .Also there is no such platform or management where an employee can rise his/her issues/problems. Very bad experience of 5.5 years

There are numerous reports of unhealthy internal religion biased politics that are detrimental to company and its employees health. There is lack of employee recognition and opportunities for the professional growing within the Allen Digital Vertical.
