Management was supportive they really keep a watch and recognize the hard work and dedication. Although all kind of politics was played by some employees for getting growth without doing anything and just passing their time, even Management was honest enough to appreciate the real and hardworking employees among them

The managers, management, work culture, behaviours , negative overview and mostly if anything happens for good then the credit goes to your seniors but if it is not then you are the bloody responsible. Lack of appreciation and motivation.
