Company is full of politics.HR does not care about employees. No transparency in policy and even general information are not disclosed. After employee leaving the organisation ask for full and final settlement HR team even does not respond and deduct amount as per their will and says this their policy. Damn bull shit experience.

Management does not respect employees and every day ask to terminate them. Salary hikes are Marginal and no use of hard work.
