The work life was very nice because my teammates are always support to achive a give target in a given time frame. my team is one of the best team subordinate in Allana group of companies ( By Products department)

Bad manager and hr process is 3rd class you never get any promotion and also company want to work on Sunday to come office always give u bad feedback and low your confidence so you think that ur not capable to go other company

Company culture and some of the policies of allana group is good like HR policy is good. Also salary is been credited on time and my reporting manage is very helpful and supportive towards my work.

Dislikes

What I dislike is that here it is 6 days working and only 1 week off. There should be atleast one alternate half day office on Saturday.

The managers, management, work culture, behaviours , negative overview and mostly if anything happens for good then the credit goes to your seniors but if it is not then you are the bloody responsible. Lack of appreciation and motivation.
