Job security is a concern as they hire after lot of scrutiny but fire at will without any specific reason.

Company culture and some of the policies of allana group is good like HR policy is good. Also salary is been credited on time and my reporting manage is very helpful and supportive towards my work.

Dislikes

What I dislike is that here it is 6 days working and only 1 week off. There should be atleast one alternate half day office on Saturday.

The managers, management, work culture, behaviours , negative overview and mostly if anything happens for good then the credit goes to your seniors but if it is not then you are the bloody responsible. Lack of appreciation and motivation.
