I have been learned alot all area in the kitchen even I don't have that experience before as first I work as waitress. We do some trainings in the kitchen until I find it's my passion to do the job and I enjoyed there company also co workers are satisfied with the management.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
