One area for improvement at Algoworks Technologies is the communication during appraisal periods. At times, there seems to be a lack of clarity regarding the company's financial status, which can affect the appraisal process. Improved transparency and communication in this regard would be beneficial

When I have join in the company within few days I know I won't be able to work for long in this company because of its unengaing environment if you stuck somewhere in the project all you can do the post the issue on group where you surely don't get a response there nobody is happy to help anybody.
