Every time management change rule for worker. Insensitive and bonus not given by the company. Unnecessary work given to the worker just like company overhead sheet cleaning. Every time shop floor painting etc. No increment given by the company every year.After 2 to 3 years work in the company if management like to give increment then give this is not a constant increment. Increment is variable person to person.The increment give by own department engineer and manager hand if like the person then give good increment if not like no increment not see any skill or performance. No free facility to any complain or any suggestion for given by worker.If any complain or argument to any employee next day your termination is compulsory.Worker free field is not in the company.worker is afraid to the management and company staff.

If I really says....it's my biggest bad decision to join this company.... frankly guys dont take offer specially for Chennai office can't say for Saudi Arabia Office....more politics i had ever seen there this career.
