Nothing is there to like... If I really says....it's my biggest bad decision to join this company.... frankly guys dont take offer specially for Chennai office can't say for Saudi Arabia Office....more politics i had ever seen there this career. Even though if you go out for a break....the security person noticing the time In & Out.

Salary credit issue. Every month you will get salary after 6 to 10. Then didn't even inform anything prior. I don't feel it's MNC.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
