Employees are friendly and helpful

Management didn't support the employees during COVID-19 at all few of them are not even getting paid rest were being paid 30-50% of their salary. And they're still exploiting their employees.

People were good in that company. If fresher will join Alfa they will never fill like working.

Work environment is not good also there is no job security and you can be fire any critical situation

My work life was awesome because when I was in Alfa the environment was very good and colleagues were superb. People always ready to help if come access critical situation overall was good experience.

There is hardly any salary growth as compared to other companies. There are too many rules and regulations to follow which makes it difficult to work as a creative individual. And there is no creative growth after some time.
