"Working at Alena Life Sciences has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. The management is disorganized, with no clear direction or leadership. Employees are overworked and undervalued, with no recognition for their efforts or opportunities for growth. The workplace culture is toxic, with favoritism and office politics rampant. Promises of career development and support during onboarding were completely empty. There’s little regard for employee well-being, and the lack of transparency in decision-making is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive and professional work environment."
