Company is just having legacy nothing more than that. May be due to its forefathers gave blood & sweat at that time. Now they are asking the same from each & every employee.

Dislikes

No work life balance and very toxic culture is formed. Each and every task has some kind of unimaginable/unimaginary deadlines. Even top management creates pseudo pressure which will be released direct to the bench scientists. They are also creating divide and rule phenomenon each and everytime. In addition to that a new word is coined which is lay-off. They are using invariably the coined word to threaten the people by showing them their liabilities like home loan, personal loan....etc.......Read More
