Upper management is totally clueless on this & they are just justifying their jobs by threatening employees with slogans like "do or die". No work life balance, no job security. No career growth for long time. Payout is very low. If you want to increase your payout switch the company. Alembic is working on old pattern. They're failed to captured market aggressively that's why 21st ranking in India as it's most oldest indian pharmaceutical company.
