First thing is HR policy in Hyderabad is very terrible (They don't support employees). There is no job security, someone high level one did fraud, another low level employee only suffer, without enquiry they remove from job and they don't tell the genuine reason why they are doing lay off. And work culture is very bad in Hyderabad peptides R &D. For recruit their team from previous company, the site head create some negativity, and put praposal to higher management to remove some people. There is no one working for company, to complete projects without queries, they want to do projects delay and they want their job security for another 5 years.
