No career growth for long time. Payout is very low. If you want to increase your payout switch the company. Alembic is working on old pattern. They're failed to captured market aggressively that's why 21st ranking in India as it's most oldest indian pharmaceutical company.

Who every time showing wrong yield in every batches. All the non GMP work is done by knowing this so called location head.
