* Hiring process was swift and smooth, with regular feedback. * Don't believe the comments where they say that people who leave bad reviews are the lazy or unmotivated. Those are self drafted fake reviews.

* There is almost zero job security. Anyone can get laid off abruptly even if you were performing well. * Work is a very chaotic. You get treated like a laborer. They demand that you extend for upto 16 hours everyday and act like its their right to demand. * The project management is incapable of managing projects and set unrealistic timelines due to which many projects have been lost. * People are made to work on weekends very frequently. * Some of the managers don't have a formal etiquette, They'll call others by foul names, raise their voices, loose temper and also cry during official conversations....Read More

I have worked in Alcor for more than 5 years and working here was best decision of my career. Company pays for your certifications, recognizes your hard work and offers good work life balance. I got a lot learning opportunities here and team members and senior management always ready to help wherever you need.

Some company policies can be made more employee friendly but they are already evolving in favour of employees with time.

The management and HR are not professional at all. There is no job security. Worst place for Women employees. They will fire you if you are pregnant so that they dont have to give you maternity benefits. Strongly not recommended for women.
